rillo Schwartz Today, I am going to talk about a topic that I am very passionate about – laughter. It is one of the best ways to get rid of stress and feel better fast. Laughter is contagious and when we can find that inner peace within ourselves, it is so much easier to find it with others around us. When you are stressed out or down in the dumps, negative thoughts flood your mind. You start to worry and think about the negative consequences of your actions (i.e. what if I don’t succeed? What if people don’t like me? What if something happens to my family?).
You start to second-guess yourself and question whether you really want to do this or not (i.e. have you thought this through properly? Have you checked everything, including the camera angle?). All these negative thoughts cause stress hormones to rush through your body and make you feel cranky, anxious, or even violent at times. So what do you do when all these negative thoughts are running riot in your head but there is no way out? You laugh! You have probably heard it thousands of times but it still remains one of the best ways to reduce stress and feel better fast! Try some deep breaths while listening to this blog post and let go of any worries while simultaneously laughing at yourself for making such silly comments as well as at life in general for happening to you on a particular day!

Lukas graham loves someone
I’ve always been a private person. It’s just who I am. Growing up, my parents encouraged me to talk to them about any problems or concerns I had, but they weren’t interested in prying into my personal life. My privacy wasn’t something I compromised on a regular basis anyway.
That all changed when I got hit by lightning and met Lukas Graham.
I was 19 years old, going through a difficult time in my life, and had the lowest of low self-esteem.
I was lonely and isolated due to work moving me around a lot and having no friends at school. Lukas was the first person who made genuine attempts to contact me after being struck by lightning; he asked how he could help and if he could give me support in any way possible. The fact that he took the initiative showed genuine interest in me as an individual rather than just another ‘victim’ of the storm.
how old is Lukas graham
Can you believe that it has been almost 10 years since Luke Graham’s untimely death? It seems like just yesterday that we first heard the news that this accomplished musician, illustrator, and author had passed away at the age of 53. But as his fans can attest, Graham’s impact on the world of illustration and children’s books has been felt for a very long time.
In an interview with Kids Agenda back in March 2017, Lukas Graham discussed how he came to write his first book, The Big Shoe: A Nuts-to-uptick With Your Feet Book.
“I was working on my next book at home one night when my daughter came into my room and said, ‘Mommy… someone is in your house.’ It was about two weeks after I lost my husband and it really hit me how needlessly judgmental I was about others who weren’t as fortunate as I was being about them. I really wanted to make sure that everyone had a safe place to come when they needed help, which is why The Big Shoe became the name of my first child-focused book series — putting kids first so they could take care of themselves first. So many people have helped me along the way and I hope to continue to spread kindness by speaking out against bullying and making a difference in someone else’s life. That’s why writing The Big Shoe is such an important thing for me.
